Work of the Human affairs division involves managing employment, retirement and benefits, training, and calculating salaries. The General affairs division involves registering the company, managing the facilities, furniture, and fixtures, and planning and managing shareholder meetings. The Regulatory affairs division involves the complete notification of compliance as a member of the OKAYA & CO., LTD. group. The Accounting division involves managerial plans, and the profit and loss, debt and credit, and tax practices of the company. The Finance division involves funding, and banking and income/expense management that include trade settlements.
