The sales department consists of the First Sales Department, Second Sales Department, and West Japan Sales Department (Osaka Branch, Nagoya Office, and Kyushu Office). We try to further help customers by comprehensively supporting the sales staff that are working hard both day and night as representative of OKAYA SEIRITSU ENGINEERING in improving the quality and efficiency of sales activities.
We also attempt to improve our products, services, and sales quality by analyzing the voice of customers from daily sales records in accordance with ISO9001.

First Sales Department

We are in charge of the hydraulic and room pressure controllers. We continuously attempt to improve customer satisfaction and provide high quality and eco-friendly products through our proposals. We consistently perform, from the provision of full-fledged products to a maintenance service after installation, adjustment, and delivery.

We understand customers' needs, and thus can propose and deliver products that are truly helpful to them and therefore contribute to society from the point of view of the customers. We thoroughly pursue safety, a reduction in working costs, and improved work efficiency when installing equipment and making adjustments. We sincerely review customers' opinions in hoping to obtain their further confidence.

Second Sales Department (overseas department)

We are in charge of the sales of the strip guide system, strip inspection system, and hydraulic devices for domestic steel mills and the filled bottle inspector for the beverage factory: Moreover, we are also involved in the overseas sales of all our products. Our staff is very unique: who have overseas experience, who can repair devices themself onsite, and who thoroughly understand the export business. We play an active role in the world markets.

West Japan Sales Department

We provide almost all our products to customers in West Japan.

We discover the applications, current needs, any future needs, and the issues to be solved in the course of meetings with customers in ensuring that we can provide the best solutions.

In achieving that task we utilize the following collaborative steps: Visit customers often, make proposals to them, listen to their opinions, and then make additional new proposals.
