  • Independent self-control actuators with the input signals converted from the fluid pressure of a plant (several kPa to several MPa).No control signals from a central unit are required and only the manual setting of pressure is necessary.
  • Utilizes electronic devices, thus allowing it to be used in explosion-proof environments through merely replacing the motors.
  • The independent self-control results in high reliability being maintained even when the actuators are very frequently used.
  • Simple mechanism and easy maintenance.

  • Determine the type of butterfly valve and hydraulic controller: Separate or integrated type needs to be known as soon as possible.
  • Determine whether vertical or horizontal piping is to applied as soon as possible.
  • Clarify the link length.
  • Clarify the flow direction of the fluid.
  • Clarify the maximum operation torque of the butterfly valve.

Major applicable fields

Actuators of this type are widely used in palm oil plants and sugar plants outside Japan (for example, in Indonesia and Myanmar). The reasons being that no on-site wiring work is required, and they are have excellent environmental resistance and easily maintained.
