  • Diagnosis and recommended service: The maintenance service staff of our company visits you and diagnoses the condition of the problem device. Not only diagnosis reports but maintenance/service plans with the estimated cost that are all based on the diagnosis will be submitted as a proposal.
  • Emergency maintenance service: A special urgent service is available to respond to any damage or problems with devices that have already taken place. The maintenance service staff provides an on-call service and performs diagnosis and improvements at the customer's site in solving any problems.
  • Diagnosis and maintenance service: The diagnosis and maintenance service can be conducted either at the customer's site or our workshop. On-site service: This applies when no special considerations need to be taken with the environment of the customer's site or the device. Shop work service: This applies when an adverse field environment or special device is involved.

  • Device calibration service: A regular calibration service can be provided for specified devices at the customer's site or our workshop.
