In-line measurement device for tensile strength of steel strip

The device, which is capable of continuous in-line measurements made in a non-contact and non-destructive manner, is widely used all over the world, although mainly in Europe.
Conventionally destructive inspections of coil end samples have been conducted at test centers. This measurement device can be successfully used to take in-line measurements and provide data from continuous measurements taken from along the entire length of a coil.
The residual intensity of a magnetic field is measured on a steel plate using an electromagnetic coil, and continuous tensile strength and yield points are calculated.
