We carefully check for any defects in products to be delivered to customers on their behalf.

Various inspections are performed depending on the device in accordance with the inspection standards and procedures. We completely comply with ISO rules in preventing any product not in compliance from ever being shipped. If a defect is discovered in an inspection it is then fed back to preprocessing, such as the company purchased from or manufacturing department, in providing countermeasures to the defect and preventive methods for its recurrence. If a customer does complain about a product we thoroughly pursue the underlying cause and take preventive measures against it.

Respective cases are stored in a quality assurance database to utilize in case studies. We have centralized the management and calibration of all our instruments in maintaining the credibility of our test record of guaranteed product quality.
